UK Orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch.International Orders may take up to 20 working days, depending on the courier and destination.Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.Tracking information will be provided where possible. Jungel Queen Art is not liable for courier delays or customs inspections.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please read our policy carefully: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds are only issued if the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty. Custom pieces and commissions are non-refundable once the deposit has been paid, due to the personal and bespoke nature of the work.
